Is this a chatbot?
Only partly. The visible chat is the smallest piece — the value is in what happens after: qualification, scheduling, follow-up, and records landing in your systems.
What does a small-business AI project cost?
Pilots typically land in the $5–15k band; simple single-workflow automations can come in under $5k. You'll get a fixed number in the proposal, not a meter.
What if it doesn't work for our business?
