ABOUT / OLYMPIA, WA
One accountable team
Haven Technologies started with a pattern we kept seeing from the inside: good products failing not for lack of ideas or budget, but because accountability was split across an agency, a contractor, and a tool vendor — and nobody owned the outcome. We registered in Washington State and built the company we kept wishing existed: one team that designs, builds, and runs the product, and answers for all three.
Today Haven builds custom software, AI tools, and workflow automation for healthcare organizations, public agencies, institutions, and businesses — and has 6 products live in production. Our own front door runs on the same architecture we sell: every project starts with a conversation with our AI intake, and every proposal arrives with a real number on it within 48 hours.
The name is the promise. A haven is where vessels get repaired, resupplied, and sent back out carrying more than they arrived with. That's the job.

VALUES / AS BEHAVIORS
Values you can verify
A value that isn't a behavior is a poster. These are behaviors — hold us to them.
We demo every week
Progress you can click, every week, from week one. If there's nothing to show, that's the news, and you hear it from us.
We answer within one business day
Every message gets a human reply within one business day. Not an autoresponder — an answer.
We show the invoice before the surprise
Scope changes are priced in writing before work starts. Nobody learns about a cost after it's incurred.
We put it in writing
Proposals, changelogs, architecture memos, incident reports. If it matters, it's a document you can forward.
We run what we build
Launch is the middle of the engagement, not the end. Monitoring, SLAs, and iteration are part of the job.
We say the honest number
Published budget bands, plain scoping, and "don't spend more" when that's the right advice.
