1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of the websites and services operated by Haven Technologies Inc. (“Haven”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Washington State, USA, with its principal place of business at 2103 Harrison Ave SW, Ste 1034, Olympia, WA 98502. 2. Services
Haven provides software design, development, and operations services. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and Haven; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Content on this site — including price bands and process descriptions — is informational and does not by itself constitute an offer.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services — including attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, disrupting the services, submitting unlawful content, or using automated means to scrape or overload the services.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content are owned by Haven or its licensors. Ownership of work product created under a client engagement is defined by that engagement’s written agreement.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Haven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability terms for client engagements are set in the applicable written agreement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
