Do you sign BAAs?
Yes, where our role makes us a business associate. We also help you check that every vendor in the chain — hosting, email, AI providers — will sign one too.
Can you integrate with our EHR?
Usually. We scope EHR integrations honestly during discovery — some vendors have good APIs, some have PDFs. You'll know which yours is before you commit.
Can AI features be used with patient data?
Carefully, and sometimes not at all. We design so protected health information stays in HIPAA-eligible services, and we put that design in writing before anything ships.
